Our goal
We’re kickstarting this fund to set up a scholarship in memory of John Acuña, a dedicated teacher and counselor in Santa Ana, California for more than 50 years. Mr. Acuña was a role model, guide, and supporter for countless students in his community. As a U.S. Army veteran, he founded the veterans center at Santa Ana College to help armed forces members achieve their higher education goals. To honor his legacy, this fund aims to grant scholarships to veterans who require support for their education.
